the staff was attentive and always ready to assist. i was very happy when the concierge personally called a taxi driver, directing him to the hotel. breakfast was delicious, it offered a wide variety of options. the location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach at a leisurely pace.

The washroom door felt a bit heavy. It could benefit from a smoother mechanism. sometimes, small details are significant.

The location was great near the marina. The staff was very helpful.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail (really!). The room wasn't properly cleaned. There were still hairs in the bathroom. the in-room dining food was below average. The Thai cuisine tasted bland and uninspired. I don't think I will order food at the hotel again.

i loved the hotel location near marina mall, it allowed easy access to shopping. staff ensured my room was ready early, i did unpack by 11 am. the views from our room were so amazing and amazing, it left an enduring mark.

the in room dining food really let me down. i found the taste of the food disappointing, regardless of the cuisine. i expected more from a place of this standard.

the hotel has a well equipped spa, i did enjoy multiple occasions. the fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes, ideal for keeping up with workouts. the pool area features loungers and a shaded section, a really tranquil space.
